SANCTUARY Spa Covent Garden

Has anyone been to Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden or any of the other branches? Ohhhh such a nice treat! Or great gift! As much as I love visiting spas and steam rooms etc I really enjoy the home pamper.. I was sent a couple samples the other week to give this exclusive detox a go.. I saved it for the long weekend which just passed.. Now I didn't trial the full round.. so am just going off the days I did do.. and found it quite motivational.. I was swimming, doing home pilates and adding the supplement to my diet.. I actually noticed a huge change!!! and was a nice shock.. because I am not normally one to try these 'diet drinks'.. Though actually this is marketted to help with well being, beauty, ageing, eneergy which is what appealed to me!

I felt less bloated and less hungry.. Onça is a natural supplement that you drink one in the morning and one in the evening (Both differnet flavours).. One tasted like a tropical juice with bits and the other like a chocolate drink.. They did suggest I mix it with milk for better taste.. but actually I can not drink milk and I dont like drining to much soya.. so I opted for water.. If you aren't allergic to milk I think the chocolate flavoured supplement would have been delicious.. Just like a coco!

The drinks were filled with antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and helped to support the bodys recovery over night to rebuild health. I loved that just by taking the supplement your mind frame is different.. and you feel to be more healthy anyway.. Well that's how I felt.

I would say if looking for a healthy start.. and a detox to try before summer kicks in.. Give this a whirl.. You really wont know till you try whether it is right for you.. But all the healthy ingredients must be doing some good!!

I have been super duper busy and haven't had much time for the blog last couple weeks.. So apologies firstly! There is so much beauty for me to spill... where to start? Just this week I worked with the wonderful fashion icon Erin O'Connor (what a treat) and of course my regular Easy Living for a spread out in July, spent a couple days in Claridges (Penthouse Suite!! none of the crew wanted to leave. Will post pics soon), a day in The glamorous Lanesborough Hotel working on some covers and fashion/beauty spreads for a couple magazines with another Makeup Artist.. ahh and finally a spare moment to share my beauty LOVES with you all.

Recently I blogged a brand Erno Laszlo that I was introduced to by a friend and beauty journalist.. She gave me some samples to try which I instantly fell in love with.. I spoke mainly about the history of the brand so today I will be sharing more in depth products I LOVE from the range.

The products I tried were seriously amazing, making me feel instantly glamorous and left me with velvet soft and youthful skin. The prices are a little high but honestly worth every penny! Holland & Barrett

There are many London High Street stores I will miss when I eventually decide to trek back to Sydney..

One being the fabulous.. HOLLAND & BARRETT!

They are the leading suppliers in Herbal supplements, Minerals and Vitamins throughout the UK..

I am constantly shopping in there as I take ongoing supplements to keep me healthy. For starters I am allergic to some dairy products so I need to make sure my calcium levels are up to scratch all the time to keep my bones strong.. I also need magnesium for bones too and Vitamin D as my poor little body doesn't get as much sun as it used too.. I love there selection of teas, there newish bar of mixed nuts and dried fruits!! (mmm mix some of these with some rolled oats and honey to make some wonderful and healthy muesli bars).

I can not live without Holland & Barrett!!

Holland & Barrett have extremely competitive prices and always have one deal or another going.. The brand has also recently introduced 'Rewards for Life' (which I was so excited about.. I must have been the first to get a loyalty card) The card is free and you earn points while you shop and that accumulates for you to spend when coupons are sent out to your home.

This is a great supplement for someone concerned with ageing as helps to improve skin hydration (which I need) and Elasticity (which I also need) Promotes glowing and even looking skin. Very excited to try this!

This claims to be the well kept secret within the skin care industry. Hyaluronic Acid is a protein that occurs naturally in the skin. Looking forward to supple, youthful skin from this. I had such a fun night at Vanilla with the team of SURE deodorant this week.

Us bloggers mingled, downed lovely cocktails and even had the chance to speak to the Scientist working and developing the products.

Erno Laszlo is a skincare brand I have recently been introduced to.. It was love at first sight!

Here's a little insight to the brand..

This man is largely responsible for the creation of modern skin care products we use today.

Dr Erno Laszlo and the brand have been around since 1927. He studied Skin pathology and Skin disease and healed many famous and royal skin in just the early years of his career!

This Hungarian dermatologist was the first to:

- formulate sunscreens

- introduce products with pH balance

- develop skincare for men

- create a skincare regime for teens

the list goes on..

This skin genius counted names such as.. Marilyn Monroe, Ava Gardner, Audrey Hepburn as his loyal clients. WOW and was even asked by Warner Brothers to join the Makeup department in a supervisory role.
